Order and Shipping

Once you have placed your  order, we will prepare your package for shipment. Do you order on a  working day* before 17:00? Then your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 will be shipped the next working day. We aim  to deliver your package within 1 to 3 working days*. After your order is finalised, we will prepare it for shipment. Unfortunately, it is then  no longer possible to cancel the order.   *With the exception of public holidays.

Did you enter a wrong  address or fail to collect your parcel from a collection point? Then we  will charge the original shipping costs of €6.95.

Pick up your order

​Would you prefer to collect your order in The Hague? Then contact us via our social media: Instagram, facebook or Whatsapp. In your message, please mention the article you want, the colour, size and your name. We will then send you a payment link to place your order. After payment, we will make an appointment to pick up your package.
Please note: payment must be made immediately after receiving the payment link. Items will not be reserved or held. You can only collect your order after payment.
